It is an integrated system of databases, services, tools and methods that all share one major purpose --- to provide information about small molecules. Ligand Depot provides easy access to information about ligands in the PDB and can also be used to browse several other resources on the web. For browsing purposes, relevant URLs are stored, classified under some meaningful categories, and then a mechanism is provided to facilitate the searching or browsing of these relevant sites for any given keyword or molecular identifier.
