Announcement (May 5, 2008):    Ligand Depot has moved to a new home and has been renamed Ligand Expo (http://ligand-expo.rcsb.org). The new site provides a variety of new search, report and download features.
The current Ligand Depot site will remain available at the address http://ligand-depot-frozen.rcsb.org to allow for a transition to the new site; however, the Ligand Depot site will no longer be updated.


Ligand Depot is a data warehouse which integrates databases, services, tools and methods related to small molecules bound to macromolecules. The initial release of this resource is focused on providing chemical and structural information about small molecules within the structure entries of the Protein Data Bank.
